Pumpkin scones 

I baked pumpkin scones, I didn’t add sugar in this time, ’cause pumpkin made sweet taste and also it’s good for our health. But I recommend you that it’s better adding sugar if you like sweet scone and cakes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g flour
  • 150g durum flour
  • 15g baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 60g butter
  • 200g pumpkin puree’ (as you like)
  • 1 egg
  • 15-45cc fresh cream or milk (as you like)
